What followed was six years of research, and a return to university to qualify as a nutritionist. I also discovered an intense passion for the human mind, and what made it tick. And so began For the Brave, which over the years evolved into a 350 page book packed with hundreds of tools and strategies to help manage anxiety and panic attacks.
